Terry Mahoney is a dedicated and accomplished Realtor® licensed in both Florida and Alabama, recently earning her Broker license in October 2025. A respected leader within Keller Williams Realty Gulf Coast, Terry has served on the Agent Leadership Council and was honored to chair the Culture Committee from 2018–2019 and serve as the 2021 Culture Committee Tribe Leader.
Since 2017, Terry has been recognized annually with the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Pensacola Bay Area’s prestigious Top Gun Award, celebrating her consistent record of excellence—totaling nearly 300 closed units and $75 million in sales. She has also served in key leadership roles within the organization, including 2019 President-Elect and 2020 President.
A lifelong learner and advocate for professional growth, Terry actively pursues education to elevate her business and client experience. Beyond real estate, Terry is passionate about giving back to her community and supporting military families. She is actively involved with organizations such as Epps Christian Center, Survivor-Led Solutions, Habitat for Humanity, the Pensacola Breast Cancer Association, and her local AmVets station.
